Shipping and Return Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Domestic Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time for In-Stock Inventory
  • All in-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Common inventory kept in-stock:  Selection of Throw Pillows, & Collection Swatches.  Depending on available stock, Wallpaper swatches may take 1-2 weeks to ship.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Due to the current high volume the postal service is experiencing, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment processing time for Custom Orders
  • Each custom order is uniquely fabricated 
  • Please allow time for printing/ordering materials, fabrication, and inspection.
  • Orders are processed once payment is received and lead times will vary depending on product.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Due to the current high volume the postal service is experiencing, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Signature may be required
Estimated Shipping for Custom Orders & Made-To-Order Home Decor
  • Fabric BTY: 3-5 weeks
  • Wallcoverings: 3-4 weeks
  • Pillow Covers: 3-5 weeks
  • Bedding: 4-6 weeks
  • Custom Drapery: 6-8 weeks
  • Shower Curtains: 4-6 weeks
Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer USPS shipping on all orders placed online.  Rates are calculated using item weight and package dimensions.  Expedited shipping is available on most orders and a quote can be provided.  Please message us for details.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

​Damages

Emily Daws Textiles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy. 

Return & Exchange Policy - ALL SALES FINAL

Each item is custom printed and/or cut and fabricated to your request. At this time we cannot accept returns or refunds on in-stock or custom orders. Exceptions may apply and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

​Due to environmental variables during the printing process, dye lots may vary slightly from swatch or separate orders. This applies to both our fabrics as well as wallpaper. We recommend ordering the total amount needed for design to ensure color continuity.

  • All Sample Sale, Pop-Up and Holiday Market items are final sale.
  • All yardage and wallcoverings are printed to order and final sale. Please take advantage of our swatch program.
  • Any customization may require an upfront charge that is non-refundable.
  • Design consultations and service fees are non-refundable
  • All payments made are considered non-refundable deposits. However, the amount may be applied to your account as store credit.
Fabric Inspection Notice

No cut yardage will be accepted for return.

Please inspect all fabric upon delivery before cutting. Any stains, misprints or *flaws must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt. All fabrics are inspected by our team before they are shipped, however the final responsibility rests with the customer. To address flaws or make a claim, email info@emilydawstextiles.com within the specified timeframe and include necessary photos.

Please store fabric properly.  We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to yardage stored before fabrication or final use. 

  • Note: “slubs” are a naturally occurring trait to linen fabric. Digital printing over slubs may leave imperfections and although rare, must be expected.
  • Due to environmental variables during the printing process, dye lots may vary slightly from swatch or separate orders. We recommend ordering complete yardage needed for design to ensure color continuity.
  • Picks/knots from fabric and banding are inherent to the Ink Jet Process and are more visible and prevalent when printing large areas of solid color and on certain types of fabric. These are not considered flaws and no allowances will be made.
